What
is Premature Ejaculation?
Premature ejaculation is one of the most common male sexual problems
affecting men. Premature ejaculation is the inability to delay
ejaculation during intercourse.
Most sex therapists think that there are psychological explanations
for premature ejaculation:
- Early
Sexual Experiences
- Anxiety
with sexual performance
- Sex
Desire low
- Unable
to recognize the "point of no return"
Treatment
Methods
Stop and Start
Method (Drs. Master and Johnson pioneered this method) With this
method begin by bringing yourself close to climax then relax for
about 30 seconds , try this several times over several days, bringing
yourself closer and closer to orgasm each time , this is basically
teaching yourself where the point of no return is. You can then
try non-coital stimulation with your partner, before reaching
a climax get your partner to stop and gently squeeze your penis
allowing you to partially loose your erection, repeat this over
the next several days.
Once you are ready for intercourse, lay on your back and ask your
partner to allow penetration, as soon as you feel you are about
to climax get your partner to gently push upwards and then relax
for about 30 seconds, repeat this process until you area ready
for orgasm. If you still experience problems contact your sex
therapist for guidelines.
.
Squeeze Method
The squeeze technique a variation of the Masters and Johnson method,
except that the assisting partner squeezes the penis just before
the point of climax to nullify the orgasm. Relax for 30 seconds
and then resume. You may then choose to repeat the sequence and
continue stimulation until ejaculation occurs.
Desensitizing
Creams
These lessen the sensation felt by men during intercourse in order
for them to last longer and maintain erection for a longer time.
Durex have a condom that will be available shortly containing
such creams.
Tarutao Cure

Different
Sexual Positions
The ability to control ejaculation can be affected by the sexual
positions you engage in. For example lying on your back is easier
to control ejaculation and gives you more control than lying in
the missionary position (on top).
Counseling
Visiting a licensed sex therapists or marriage counselor is another
alternative as these professionals may be able to identify an
underlying cause for premature ejaculation.
